幾年前買沙發時承諾說保固十年,現在沙發有點問題,想說換塊沙發布請它們來安裝順便幫我看一下,居然跟我說他們現在因為縮小規模,人手有限,布只會寄來給我叫我自己裝,沙發有問題叫我自己把有問題的那塊拿去給他們看.... 實在令人傻眼,這哪門子的保固? 跟幾年前我去訂沙發時實在差太多,布當然也不買了,打算直接去找別家換整組沙發了。
