★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請仲介處理事情效率非常之差，完全不站在買方的立場想，好聲好氣的講了我們的難處請他們處理，如果有困難跟問題應該要事先告訴我們跟安排時程，更該要幫忙協商買賣雙方的事情，而不是各種理由推托。
配合的代書態度也無法讓人苟同。
強烈建議如果要買房千萬不要找這間，買房開開心心的事情，被搞的烏煙瘴氣的，有夠差勁的。完全無法接受。
 Please ask the agent to deal with things very poorly. I do n’t think from the buyer ’s point of view. I talked about our difficulties and asked them to deal with it. Negotiate matters between buyers and sellers, not deduce on various grounds.
The coordinating attitude of book-writing is also unconvincing.
It is strongly recommended that if you want to buy a house, don't look for this one. Buying a house is a happy thing. The smoky ones are bad. Totally unacceptable.
