★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 翊秀咖啡本來是一家咖啡連鎖加盟店，後來重心轉移以咖啡豆自己烘焙自己賣咖啡豆之專賣店，豆子來自大非洲，中，南美洲，印尼等地區。也有台灣出產的咖啡豆，可以以磅數為購買，純豆子或代為磨成咖啡粉狀，或加錢請其代為包裝成濾掛式(耳掛式)方便外出，出國可以攜帶方便自己喜歡的咖啡豆，以免在外面勉強喝自己不喜歡的咖啡豆。特別為客戶設置專用停車場，可以放輕鬆在那裡品嚐各式各樣不同口味口感的全世界咖啡，店址就是在台中市沙鹿區台灣大道六段1023號(正好是弘光科技大學大門正對面BRT弘光科大車站旁)！
