服務⭐️⭐️-本想訂購30-40條奶油捲年節送禮，經電話溝通無法獲得足夠資訊；最後到了現場，透過門市人員，還是無法有令人信服的答覆，只好打退堂鼓了。個人有些狐疑，這樣的服務如何能和市場競爭。我打個電話到奕順軒（遠在宜蘭）就能感受到另一端的有溫度的感覺，也能站在消費者的立場提供不同的購買建議。
