2.怕事所以直接不租了!!
提及租金補助，即被告知屋主年紀大要賣房，主張退訂。
後來物業才說為避免房租稅負問題，才是主因。
最後有退定金，但我真的心生恐懼。
真的後悔沒有查google評論，負評1.7不是沒有原因的......
