因為吃過很水以及沒什麼菜的蚵仔煎，必須說，這家的蚵仔煎，底部酥脆，青菜與蚵仔平均分佈，咬起來的皮也很紮實不會散散的，能感覺到是很用心在做這個產品的！
已經回訪超過三次以上，非常喜歡！
