★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結帳人員服務態度有待加強，不是每個客人都需要包容你的脾氣。餐點口味和餐點名稱不符合，鐵板麵呢！沒有黑胡椒醬的味道也沒有蘑菇醬的味道，竟然被我吃出了涼麵中的芝麻醬的味道！還好是熱的，至於蘿蔔糕味道一般般還能吃，跟鐵板麵相比的話。等待的時間呢…我就不多說啦～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桌子超髒，上一個客人吃完，店員不會主動收桌與擦桌，主動告知麻煩他們收一下，擦的態度很隨便，擦完桌上還留有上一位客人吃剩掉在桌子上的食物，看不下去只好自己拿酒精再擦一遍，點了幾樣餐點，等了半小時才一樣一樣慢慢上，效率很差，主動去詢問餐點進度，只看到做餐的幾位店員邊做邊嘻笑，觀感很糟，點了珍珠奶綠，忘記加珍珠，更換之後還喝到整塊硬珍珠，超傻眼，從來沒遇過這麼雷的早餐店==

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了一杯胚芽奶茶 結果看到上面黑黑的一點一點的我都還以為是黑芝麻 喝起來味道不對（跟前幾天外帶走的味道不一樣有點像胚芽豆漿）我就退回給店員說味道不太對後來給我換了一杯 上面一樣有黑黑的東西 感覺就不是胚芽應該出現的東西 感覺是放很久壞掉的 結果喝了 這次味道對了是奶茶 不過往底下搓了一點喝居然有燒焦味 哈嘍 我已經不想再換第二次了還寧願喝剛剛的胚芽豆漿 真的是很不好的感覺 不會再想來第二次了 給一顆星都便宜你們

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用桌子很髒卻都沒有店員主動來擦拭，餐點等了快半小時才送，現場明明沒有很多人，陽光香雞軟法份量超級少，這樣要賣45塊真的有點離譜。飲料也一直都沒有送來，還是自己告訴櫃檯之後才給，明明點的是去冰結果還是加了一堆冰塊，像在喝冰塊水，建議多加強員工訓練。
