2位志工,3個窗口(承辦人員),服務人員還OK,因為地方比較小,人多的關係(老人家比較多),說話比較大聲,有時聽不太到服務人員說話聲音,辦理業務方面都還ok, 但也許有些人會覺得態度不是很和藹可親(今天去是男性承辦人員幫我辦理健保卡更換,看了健保卡他說是表面膜剝落所以可以免費更換,後來告訴我製作卡片需要5至到10分鐘,會有人叫名字,再拿單子去取就好);內部有飲水機和廁所,整體來說還OK。

Business is ok, but some people may think that the attitude is not very amiable. (Today, the male contractor helped me to replace the health insurance card. After seeing the health insurance card, he said that the surface film was peeling so it could be replaced for free. Later, he told me to make the card. It takes 5 to 10 minutes, someone will call the name, and then take the list to get it); there are water dispensers and toilets inside, and overall it is OK.

不想辦建保卡更新,就直接說 一直鬼打牆,一直要我去醫院更新,我的方便,不表示是妳的方便,是怕照成妳的不便嗎?

一直聽不懂別人的狀況,然後又一直用你們自己理解的方式去用,態度也很不好,也不打算聽完整別人問題,明明我資料都備齊,流程也跑好,一直強調你們自己認為的,害我又要處理第二次!然後人多嘴雜就已經聽不清楚旁邊聊天不會小聲一點嗎??!! 明明就承辦人員不理解別人意思還一直說教,旁邊都是民眾,當場講的是我的問題一樣,不會再去了,反正效率也很差! 還有幫忙發號碼牌的就不是專業人員,又聽不懂民眾的問題,又一直要問到底,很浪費民眾時間!

剛辦完女兒的健保卡補發。 從一進門穿綠色背心的先生,非常親切的詢問我的目的,之後收取照片和戶口名簿,再到2號櫃檯一位女士幫我辦理,詳細詢問,並建議我下載健保快易通,最後稍待5分鐘就拿到全新健保卡,要給予他們兩位親切的態度肯定一下。 我從進去到出來大約20分,他們卻是一整天一個接一個處理事務,很多人留言都抱怨態度,但我覺得將心比心,當我們很累時也很難有好的笑容。 因此把我遇到的親切態度與快速作業分享給大家,也給健保局人員打氣,加油,疫情當前大家都辛苦了。

相信大家的健保卡都是很妥善的保存在皮包吧 我的也不例外 但不知道為什麼 還是脫膜了(如下圖) 去中央健康保險署中區業務組沙鹿聯絡辦公室詢問是否可以免費更新 得到的答覆居然是可以耶 工作人員表示這是自然老化 不是人為損害 所以可以免費更新 他們說現場有免費拍照服務 但是不能修圖 如果我不介意 馬上可以辦理 我當然二話不說 堆起笑臉拍了一張 如果各位的健保卡有跟我一樣的問題 大家趕快去更換喔 不用錢 馬上好
