打電話問説是否可以自帶機油保養，老老闆回覆可以才開車過去，到現場小老闆又説不做自備機油保養！
之前家裡兩台賓士都過去修過車，也消費了不少錢，這次開BMW 過去保養卻被拒絕，其實不要這樣對待客戶，做生意要細水長流，第一次到車廠被拒絕自帶機油保養，是有點不開心的，沒關係啦，修車廠那麼多！
