問我對藥有沒過敏、童醫院有沒有給消炎藥,我要是懂藥名也懂得消炎藥,那我不舒服就自行直接去藥局買藥即可,現疫情是不得已才走進診所,當醫生用鄙視對人,謝謝!本人從今以後絕不會再讓您劉醫生麻煩,醫德態度真是(爛) ???

前一天打過電話詢問有無疫苗,跟我說今天早上到就好,結果到了說沒有登記沒有,我是你們診所的內部人員嗎?要不要登記我會知道?你們都不用問?

雖然光線及室內設計舒服給人溫馨感覺,護理師態度良好給人親切感覺,給予專業解釋。而醫生雖然厲害,但是態度卻不是很OK。只是去打疫苗,因為經醫生評估沒辦法打,我方也沒說什麼,當天不能打也只能摸摸鼻子認了只是抱著好奇詢問醫生在別間醫院能打,出發好意醫生給予降壓藥,當下沒有打算吃是因為沒有很急迫的要在當天打,卻被醫生回說:「如果不爽去告我啊!反正你不是我的病人只是來打疫苗。」感覺非常差,我方這邊態度良好醫生卻說出這種話。身為醫生卻說出這樣的話不覺得很不妥嗎?我知道血壓太高打疫苗有風險,你也是不希望冒這個風險,我也知道,您說要吃降血壓藥,降下來才能打,但個人並沒有很急迫的要在當天打,才跟您說先不吃。會在這說出我的想發跟當天發生的事,希望醫生能給予專業解釋有良好醫德,而不是講話這樣子。(以上雖然我不是當事人,我的家人那天去卻遭受這樣說話,感覺真的滿氣憤。希望能改進。)

Anyway, you’re not my patient but just come to get the vaccine.” It feels very bad. The doctor with a good attitude said this. As a doctor, doesn’t it feel wrong to say something like this? I know that the blood pressure is too high to get a vaccine, and you don’t want to take this risk. I also know that you said that you need to take blood pressure medicine and you can only fight when you lower it, but I am not very urgent to get the vaccine on the same day. Say not to eat it yet. I will tell you what I want to post and what happened that day. I hope that the doctor can give professional explanations and have good medical ethics, instead of speaking like this. (Although I am not the party concerned, my family members suffered such remarks that day and felt really angry. I hope it can be improved.)

幫家人快篩但結果是陽性,(打給診所電話中)櫃檯小姐問有沒有同住我回答沒有,是我幫他們快篩的,她反應很大的回答那就是親密接觸啊!我說那我都穿雨衣也戴雙層口罩還有手套護目鏡了都已經做成這樣了,而且他們都是老人家又不會自己用,我還幫他們開手機視訊看診。然後她的態度讓我覺得只要是幫別人快篩=親密接觸=陽性,那些醫護人員不就是都得了陽性在幫病人快篩的意思嗎?我快篩的是我爸媽=我的家人=老人家,只因為那不是你的家人不是你重要的人,就隨意的給人貼上標籤。後續我去拿藥,我不知道代領確診病人的藥不需要健保卡,真的態度始終如一的說領確診的藥不用健保卡啊,聽起來也像是這是基本常識我怎麼不懂,當然我也是回我不知道啊! 幸好醫生視訊看診時態度溫柔多了,有感到安慰。 現在這個社會太多像這類人一樣,沒有同理心只為自身利益,只求保護自己。我愿你能有一顆善良且同理的心。

Then her attitude made me think that as long as it is helping others to quickly screen = close contact = positive, don't those medical staff just get positive and help patients to quickly screen? What I quickly screen is my parents = my family = the elderly, just because it is not your family or someone important to you, I will label people at will. I went to get the medicine later. I didn’t know that I didn’t need a health insurance card to get the medicine for the diagnosed patient. I really have the same attitude that I don’t need a health insurance card to receive the diagnosed medicine. It sounds like this is basic common sense. Of course I'm back I don't know! Fortunately, the doctor's attitude during the video call was much gentler, and I felt comforted. There are too many people like this in today's society who have no empathy and only want to protect themselves. I wish you a kind and empathetic heart.
