★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的永久住戶較少數，租屋族滿多，幾乎都是買來出租的。租屋價格還算可以，裏面住的人好像外勞滿多行行色色的人都有，個人覺得有點複雜！不過;樓下是東海商圈生活補及很便利。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你媽的，社區明寫不准養寵物還是有人養，地下室旁邊的停車位卻有一攤尿，這幾天搞得地下室的停車場尿騷味超重，跟警衛說也在那消極態度放任不管，時不時也有寵物一直叫；前陣子晚上有外勞吵到別人報警，半夜偶爾也會有敲磚頭聲音不停。遇到惡鄰屁孩大學生每晚超過十二點吵得要死，都氣走旁邊那戶了，平常日現在半夜三點半還在吵，是當大家明天不用工作嗎？過去勸說反控我更吵？以上是我住這幾個月來的心得，我月底要搬走了，要工作選擇租這的請三思。
