★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中市龍井區的東海別墅商圈，有些店是白天，有些是晚上營業。各種特色小吃，名店，藏於路上&各巷弄之間，應有盡有 。派克脆皮雞排真的是很新鮮，炸得又脆又嫩。這種連鎖加盟店對產品開發很用心也是很競爭，然而每一家分店能完全吸收到其中的精華版技術嗎？要看各加盟店主是如何做好，或再加以改良升級那才是舉一反三的天生贏家 。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無骨雞腿排從70漲了5塊變75元就算了，很明顯比以前小塊很多（感覺就少了一半）⋯ ，如果很小塊應該主動跟客人告知，招牌的照片雞腿排比較大塊，實際大小只有一半。我不是來抱怨，只是我很常去買。就這樣講好了，別家雞排一樣75元，品質比這個厚實且大塊好吃多了，總之希望能改進。或許今天我剛好很衰剛好拿到只有一半大的雞腿排吧⋯那品質也差太多了吧！
