★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人與本人陸續確診,本週四預約視訊看診,過程中醫生都很有耐心詢問症狀,看診完還揮手道別覺得很溫暖。由於隔天遲遲未收到簡訊,所以打到衛生所詢問,得知尚未收到診所通報。看來似乎是確認人數太多或過於繁忙所以有遺漏通報。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小朋友從四個月大到現在四年多了都是在這邊就醫,三位醫師都很細心的幫孩子看診也都會幫忙注意孩子的生長狀況,之前小孩感冒症狀到診所看,朱醫師發現不對勁馬上協助轉診到大醫院,就直接住院了,還好及早住院才沒有越來越嚴重。
櫃檯的護理師人也都很好幫小小孩打針的時候很有耐心,目前是全家人的家庭醫院~
周五沒有看診,週末都有,而且早上0730就開始看診,實在非常的方便

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次去打疫苗的時候整體來說很不錯,這次感冒想說來這邊看,結果和上次的醫生不同,是一位很年輕的醫生。不是說要對年輕的醫生有偏見還是怎樣,但我吃了你四包藥結果從原本症狀很輕微的咳嗽變成一般感冒,喉嚨的痰是已經多到我沒有三秒吞一下口水它就會往上溢,這就過分了。三顆星是給上次打疫苗的醫生、護士和一直為大家服務的櫃檯小姐,不然我原本是要評一顆的,浪費我200塊。
(更新)感謝回覆。後來去別間看說是鼻竇炎,突然想起醫生當時只有看我的喉嚨沒看鼻子(有告知有一點點鼻水)或許下次看診時喉嚨和鼻子都稍微看一下,比較能減少誤診發生

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天吃飯的時候不小心被魚刺卡到喉嚨,於是搜尋了一下附近的耳鼻喉科診所,恰好只有貴所有營業,因為貴所是“小兒科診所”,所以出門前特別致電詢問貴所是否能處理魚刺卡到喉嚨的狀況,接聽的小姐說,沒關係,你先來給醫生看,現在人不多,你馬上過來應該不用等太久。於是我就立馬過去了,到了貴所,掛號前我再次跟櫃檯小姐說我被魚刺卡到喉嚨了,小姐只說先幫你掛號,並要我留初診資料,等了三位病患看完輪到我,跟醫生說我是要處理卡到喉嚨的魚刺,醫生跟我說,這個他們無法處理,我當下質疑,我來之前妳們小姐跟我說可以看,醫生再次說明他無法處理,要去醫院看,並退我掛號費。雖然不是什麼大毛病,但請貴所櫃檯人員跟接聽電話人員(從聲音判斷應該是同一位),加強專業度,至少該知道自己診所能處理哪些狀況吧?不然如果是其它更嚴重的情形,造成延誤就醫,就不是白跑一趟的問題而已了!
