抓起阿弟原本要吃號稱媲美鼎泰豐的大肚路邊小籠湯包+豬血湯，無奈人家星期日公休，立馬估狗另一家傳統蛋餅店，開了14分鐘的車程，鑽進小巷內，找到了鐵皮屋早餐店。
傳統蛋餅依我們家蜂蜜的說法，就是‘粉漿蛋餅’，軟嫩的餅皮口感加上蛋香，配上油膏與甜辣醬調味，嘴角都忍不住上揚起來?
蛋餅加上米糕，聽老闆說法，在店裡叫一套，米糕帶著清香，口感不硬好入口，清水的米糕果然名不虛傳啊！
