s	stary straw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去辦信用卡，資料填寫好之後，過了2個禮拜都沒有任何通知，想說核卡有沒有通過也要寄信或電話告知吧！打了台中銀行的電話詢問進度到哪了，電話方回復：小姐不在櫃台會請他晚點回電，結果等了一整天也沒有回復！後來打了其他分行的電話詢問才知道，遊園店的小姐根本沒有把資料送出！ Going to the credit card, after the information is filled out, there is no notice for 2 weeks. 許	許欽能 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上帶著錢跟證件要來台中銀行龍井分行開個人戶，行員問我說開戶要做什麼用我說要存錢啊，又問我說做什麼工作，我說賣早餐還要我提供資料，態度一付我幹嘛來開戶感覺很不爽，最後讓我覺得很煩就跟她說證件還我不想開戶了就走人了，我就跑去裕元酒店樓下兆豐銀行開戶人家行員態度很親切，不用10分鐘就辦好！一樣是銀行業的為什麼台中銀行這麼跩難怪負平這麼高！??? L	Linda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯小姐業務辦理錯誤讓我在雨天跑了兩趟甚至拖延到接下來的行程，無奈到不知道要說什麼，還好櫃檯態度還算有誠意，不然連一顆星都不太想給：）只能說下次麻煩小姐仔細一點不要造成他人麻煩 The lady at the counter made a mistake in handling the business, which made me run twice in the rain and even delayed it until the next trip.
