★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fresh fish for sashimi. We had one tray of mix sashimi, it was so good we packed another 3 trays to go. Found two varieties of local fish, not available in the states. DELICIOUS! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just okay, although there is alot of food and seafood to buy but price is also kind of expensive to dine in. Otherwise it is very good place. The other advantage is you can take a boat ride to see the fisherman fishing in action. There will be food serve on the boat. Food is fresh and alot of small eat can buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a seafood paradise. You can see eat and buy an aquarium collection ( with very reasonable price) you can either sit into a decent restaurant or buy a bunch of fresh seafood before go home and cook on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most well-furnished fish market I have come across in Taiwan so far—with a proper roof and tiled flooring. I visited on a weekday and did not come across many people. Overall, the market was clean and accommodating.
You might need to do some digging and haggling to get a good price on fresh fish stock. Also, judging from the large parking area and what the store owners have told me, it seems that this market can get pretty hectic on weekends and public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place for well priced local fish. Lots of vendors allowing to try before you buy too. Shame to see the baby hammerhead sharks for sale.
Huge selection of fresh fish and also fish available for cooking whilst there.
We tried the prawns and squid which was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh seafood right off the fishing boat available in the market. It's amazing there isn't a smelly fishy smell. If you like to buy fresh raw seafood this place is very nice. Be prepared to sharpen your negotiation skills!
