前往辦理清償塗銷，一樓的服務人員先引導協助如何填表，還確認相關文件是否攜帶齊全，接著引導至2樓辦理櫃台，承辦人員也立刻停止手邊工作接手辦理，整體服務都很好。

初審文件的房屋稅要先繳清，到便利商店繳完後又要有店章，這個可以事先說明的吧，浪費彼此的時間。
現在疫情日趨嚴重，裡面竟然有櫃台人員在吃東西和辦公人員不戴口罩(第三課)，雖然地方稅那裡也差不多
