★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了明太子龍蝦沙拉古巴三明治，原以為是道地的古巴麵包(X)，有點小失望！吃覺得龍蝦的部分倒是普通，起司的地方卻讓人感到驚艷！馬札瑞拉炙燒後味道原來這麼香嘛？！香氣紓解了市售龍蝦沙拉那般膩感～可能跟龍蝦本身就不搭嘎？會想再嘗試主食材味道重的三明治。
I ordered the Mentaiko Lobster Salad Cuban Sandwich. I thought it was authentic Cuban bread (X). I was a little disappointed! The lobster part is ordinary, but the cheese is amazing! Does Mazarella taste so fragrant after being burned? ! The aroma relieves the greasy feeling of the commercially available lobster salad ~ maybe it doesn't match the lobster itself? Would like to try sandwiches with strong flavors of staple ingredients again.
