The staff are exceptionally welcoming and polite and always willing to help.
I had one minor issue, my laundry was mixed up with another rooms. I reported it to the reception and it was dealt with immediately and resolved in minutes.
I couldn't be happy with my experience in the Howard Prince Hotel.
5 stars all round!
