★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度好。可是作業SOP有點問題，我7月2日星期五到店加保，竟然讓我在7月5日星期一/去元廣順汽車檢驗廠，驗車時被告知我沒有加保，然後退費給我讓我在那裡排隊驗車白忙一場。讓費排隊時間大約20分鐘。後來打電話去明台確認才幫我加保進去。後來也完成驗車 。還好今天有去驗車 ，不然也不知道還沒有加保/如果在7月3日到7月5日這段時間有發生事故。不知道保險公司會不會推卸責任/這樣的話麻煩就大了
Good service attitude. But there is something wrong with the homework SOP. I went to the store to add insurance on Friday, July 2nd, and asked me to go to Yuanguangshun Automobile Inspection Factory on Monday, July 5th. I was told that I did not have insurance and then refunded the fee. I asked me to queue up there and check the car in vain. Let the queue time for about 20 minutes. Later, I called Mingtai to confirm that I went in. Car inspection was also completed later. Fortunately, I went to inspect the car today, otherwise I don’t know if there is no additional insurance/if there is an accident between July 3rd and July 5th. I don’t know if the insurance company will shirk its responsibilities.
