每日上午6時至晚間10時開放（配合演藝廳晚上演出或廣場夜間演出延長開放)
B1 has a large parking area, and the vehicle can shelter from the wind and rain. The focus is free. Upstairs, you can easily visit the Minato City Art Center and the opposite Yucun Cultural Park. However, there is no elevator. It is not very convenient for the elderly and baby strollers.
Open daily from 6 am to 10 pm (extended with the evening performance of the auditorium or the night show at the square)
