羊肉羹小碗65大碗100。餐飲業幾本都是對半賺。100最少賺50或以上。2顆星是給麵湯是到處都吃的道的太祖魷魚口味不難吃。但是買大碗麵只給小碗保麗龍碗。根本無法吃。要拿大紙碗一個要5塊。紙碗批發價一個1-3塊就有。等於碗也要在多賺1-2塊也好?。付餐具不是因該根基本嗎?有什麼問題?還好我只會來一次。

很特殊的羊肉料理 羊肉羹湯麵 可選白麵或黃麵 基底湯頭和魷魚羹很像 就是將魷魚換成羊肉片 再加沙茶醬提味 羊肉麵看起來清淡 但喝味道十足 肉片還蠻多的 肥瘦間接都有 騷味不會很重 平價實惠( 我喜歡的另一點 大碗熱湯是瓷碗 感覺差很多)
