1987年創業於台中海線沙鹿、大甲現經營地點，前名為「信用汽車股份有限公司」至今已屆30年，創業初期即以銷售進口車及設立保修廠(信甲國際股份有限公司)做銷售及售後服務完整系統，大甲保修廠並設有監理所委託代理汽車檢驗廠。創業初期為美國GM通用汽車之地區經銷商，後曾經營瑞典VOLVO汽車地區經銷商，並引進M-Benz、BMW及各種高級進口車以平行輸入(俗稱貿易商車)銷售至今，本公司大量以平行輸入方式引進雙B(賓士、寶馬）TOYOTA(SIENNA)及各種歐、美規高級進口車，除全新車外，另精心優選新中古車銷售，且可接受預約訂購客戶所需車款， 歡迎消費大眾聰明選購。
