我從8月下訂捐款，10月23做詢問商品為何沒有送達，結果一句我們作業上有疏失，就想草草了事，每次回覆都是結構的問題，重點是我是跟貴單位下訂不是跟機構，10月26收到商品，結果裡面沒有感謝狀，說隔天會寄送，又等到12月7做詢問，說會補寄，又等到12月20詢問，又要詢問結構，我真的不解一張證明書可以拖這麼久，而且我12月20詢問後我21日就收到了，我真的不解這麼簡單的事情拖這麼久，很佩服貴單位的效率
