★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅的麵店是由一位大陸客家人來台灣開店這位老板娘很年輕煮麵的湯頭是由大骨熬煮湯頭我很很喜歡很有台灣人客家菜的味道她說她是經由一位朋友傳教給她我一吃就喜歡上她煮的麵湯頭很清淡我一連三天都去光顧老板娘就問我喜歡她煮的麵嗎？我說妳煮的乾麵湯麵真好吃以後還會再來吃
 The red noodle shop was opened by a mainland Hakka family in Taiwan. The owner’s soup is very young. The soup is made from big bones. I really like the taste of Taiwanese Hakka dishes. She said she was through a friend. I was preached to her, and I liked the noodle soup that she cooked. It was very light. I went to patronize the boss for three days and asked me if I liked her cooking. The dried noodle soup that I cook is really delicious and I will come back later.

The beef nan rice is not tasty enough. My personal taste is not very good. The portion of shredded pork fried noodles is small and the taste is ordinary. However, it is not quite full for boys, which is a bit like the portion of fried noodles for breakfast.
