★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來是前女友帶我來吃的，肉丸跟苦瓜肉湯是這裡最好吃的來這裡必點，大熱天老闆如果可以開冷氣那就更加分了。

我問老闆：你家的肉丸跟彰化的有什麼不同？
老闆說：我家是大甲的…
我笑岔了氣：我是說吃起來有啥不同？
老闆淡定的說：這是祖傳的
我咦了一聲：祖傳？
老闆淡定的說：八十幾年了，指指旁邊的女孩，第四代了。
我很佩服能傳承這麼久的店。當然，也好吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟著家人來大甲參拜媽祖娘娘，無意中發現的台灣小吃店，簡單不失美味，肉圓皮Q有筋道，內餡是瘦碎肉加少許筍乾，記得搭配「東泉辣椒醬」?，豆腐肉湯的油豆腐有些韌性（喜歡），多灑些胡椒粉更添香氣，苦瓜肉湯的苦瓜是帶苦味的喔，有人不吃苦嗎？店內安靜簡樸，偶爾傳來附近主顧跟老闆問候聲，無華的傳統料理。
