商品樣式多元,除了賣衣服之外,還有賣包包、鞋子、襪子、貼身衣物...,價格便宜,CP值很高,服務人員態度良好,重點是大甲車子很難停,而去思夢樂購物完全不用擔心,因為他們有私人停車場,進去購物很開心,但比較可惜的是男裝的部分樣式少了點,女裝倒是很齊全XD

店員傲慢 業主您好,謝謝您注意到我的留言並詢問過程 在此說明消費體驗 一: DM活動有分檔期,本人向貴店店員確認檔期時間,但是貴店店員在寢具區聊天,我只好自行走到櫃檯索取DM,拿到DM後向店員確認檔期時間後,我向店員道謝,但店員不予回覆,此事後,我的母親回家後因為店員態度感到頗為難過,本人認為貴公司店員應該更積極服務顧客,而非顧客自己要去尋求答案。 二:詢問特價活動時,在內衣區不知何款為七折,因此向店員詢問,店員非常不耐煩的說沒看到這裡寫無鋼圈的才是打折的商品嗎?本人不以為意,但是我的母親因此覺得購物心情受影響,店員的責任是替顧客排解問題,我方身為消費者怎麼可能比店員更熟悉活動?因此本人認為貴店店員不該用此態度對待詢問的顧客。 希望貴店經理能夠審慎處理此事
