Because the temple was hidden in the farmland, the Bride’s Chastity Shrine also had a stage, which was often mistaken for a Di Gong temple. In the early days, people in the Mamingpu area prayed to the bride’s mother for the safety of the family. They all wanted everything to be done, the place was peaceful, and nearby people raised funds to buy land and build temples. Many foreign residents walked by here and saw the road sign of the Bride's Chastity Temple. They were quite curious about how to be a bride but still keep the chastity.
