★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸物種類眾多，是大甲、外埔、后里共六家協力旺裡，炸物種類最多的一家。
口味都有一定的水平，幾乎每一種都值得推薦。
較為特殊的是不同其它都以九層塔搭配，這家是以少量九層塔搭配洋蔥做提味。
週末五六日三天，還有隱藏料理的雞翅雞腿雞塊。
唯一的缺點是，使用的紙袋比較容易破。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能是新年太忙的關係食物都炸得好乾喔 ， 鹽酥雞變肉乾 ，麻煩胡椒粉多一點結果多到 要喝水才有辦法配著吃， 不過店家服務還是很好的
