硬是要老人家自行填寫單子，以往的服務人員只需給身分證就能幫忙填寫，這次則堅持說是規定，怎麼樣也不肯幫忙，而這樣的堅持對於手部無力寫字或是不識字的老人十分不友善，最後還是請志公人員幫忙填寫才完成。
希望你們的服務能夠更通情達理人性化一點。
