★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差。弄了半天才跟我說檔案有問題不能印。處理到一半還換一個店員來處理，兩個店員又沒有溝通清楚，導致第二個店員根本搞不清楚狀況。第二個男店員弄一弄就說我檔案有問題，然後就把我晾在一邊，跑去做別的事了；留下我一個人錯愕的在那邊。
Bad service attitude. It took me a long time to tell me that there is a problem with the file and it cannot be printed. Halfway through the process, another clerk took care of it, and the two clerks didn't communicate clearly, so the second clerk couldn't understand the situation at all. 2.給他a4文件掃描還能掃成a3格式。可見專業程度不足
3.請消費者使用三號電腦，但是卻把掃描的檔案放在2號電腦。可見工作安排的能力有問題，製造不必要的麻煩
4.對於掃描出來的檔案沒有檢查，直接交件。可見其工作心態的不細心，對於消費者所交付的工作不在意
如果這樣的人是老闆，那這家店還能生存應該是靠狗腿公司客人出來的；如果這樣的人是員工，那老闆應該都被他矇在眼裡
