在場的每位教練都非常親切，是一個很棒的空間，不會讓人有壓力！
After experiencing the CrossFit course, I felt great. The coach also taught each movement very carefully, cared about the weight that each student could bear, and gave appropriate encouragement and confidence.
The environment is very comfortable, the toilet is also very clean and comfortable, all fragrant XD...
Every coach present was very gracious and it was a great space without stressing people out!
