服務不錯,建議大家去的時候健保卡排放時直接擺反面,有時會有人去翻健保卡,雖然櫃檯人員會制止,但還是有人會翻。

我是2022/1/14下午去隨到隨打第三劑的初診,原本上午過去要打我也沒先打電話過去怕診所門診忙,去到現場問剛好當時有門診手術,護理師請我下午兩點半再過去,個人覺得隨到隨打就是這樣,只覺得這種大熱天護理師們全身防護衣頭套口罩,就算室內有空調,戴口罩講一整天的話真的會很不舒服。 櫃檯護理師反應很快,也是個有責任感的人,講話做事速度都很快,我想一般人跟不上可能會不太適應,畢竟醫療院所不是服務業,你要談視病猶親的話,先想想你要是無法體諒家人親人很忙的時候,你會不會被噴,但護理師不會噴你,只是回得很簡短。而且她真的很忙,我才停留不到一小時,一堆沒算好日期的打來,小黃卡不見的也打來,沒查好疫苗來就說要打AZ打莫德納(隔壁大順才有,要預約),你只問一個問題,但她一天要回好幾個人一樣的問題,你可以說這是她的工作,不過人家也沒抱怨,也是回答你的問題了,但你為什麼不自己先查好不懂再問,不是什麼都要靠別人服務你,在還沒收你掛號費之前,診所還是要回答你的問題的不是嗎,如果你一天也要處理這麼多業務,你能保證你的態度會比她好?別抱怨了,你行你來坐櫃檯,護理師要顧及每一位患者的就醫權益,要是每一個人都本位主義這麼重,不合你意就是態度爛,那也無所謂,留google評論就像你寫日記,通常是特別不開心才會寫,特別開心才會寫,覺得一切正常的很少會寫,而我只是寫一個平衡閱聽。

第一劑跟第二劑疫苗都是在這邊施打、打二劑記得一定要帶小黃卡喔、不然不能打、如果遺失小黃卡要去第一次施打的地方再次申請、流程很好、有跟看診的分開、護士親切體貼還會貼心告知打後狀況會如何、之前就有去看過耳鼻喉科了、整體感覺都非常優良。
