天冷一個人想吃鍋，坐定位沒菜單，所以等老闆忙完跟他要菜單，但沒人服務就算了，自己準備跑去櫃檯點餐，老闆叫我把菜單放桌上，還是遲遲未有人服務，排隊的人全都離開櫃檯了，只見老闆坐櫃檯，還是沒人點餐沒人服務，是店家疏失，一句道歉也沒有，到我不爽離開了才跟我說抱歉太忙，是哈嘍？我不是沒等待，等到櫃檯一個客人也沒有也不服務叫忙？態度極差
