電話現場取貨，點三杯也算三杯的錢，卻只拿兩杯給客人，還要客人告知。我能接受一時疏忽，但沒辦法接受店員確連道歉一聲都沒有，只直接從冰櫃再拿一杯給我，之後直接又去忙別的客人，連吸管也沒給我，傻眼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/29晚上有個女員工態度真的極差，男員工沒跟女員工說客人有買袋子 所以就直接把飲料拿給客人，當客人跟女員工說我有買袋子時，女員工把飲料從櫃檯上拿下來輕放，而吸管則是大力的丟桌上邊裝袋邊跟男員工聊天。
員工素質這麼差難怪沒什麼生意??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衛生須待加強，撈冰塊的勺子掉到地上，有個女店員居然只是碰一下水就放回去，地面也都是布鞋踩來踩去並不是很乾淨，最起碼也要好好沖一下，不是隨便淋一下，這樣的話根本沒意義，看著這樣的勺子去撈自己要喝的飲料，感覺不是很好，希望改進，謝謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超級傻眼，打電話說要自取，說要布丁奶茶加燕麥加珍珠，女店員態度一開始就超差，我一講完要布丁奶茶，她講了一次［甜度冰塊？］之後我還在講要加燕麥珍珠的時候她直接插話並帶點不耐煩的語氣說［甜度冰塊？］，不懂在急什麼，我也當作她有聽到了，我也才訂了兩杯，結果拿到之後，竟然只有布丁在裡面，我也不想再回去跟她要加料了，只能說我在那間買過好幾次了，第一次遇到這種女店員，男店員服務都很好@@..很幸運的之前都是遇到男店員，說實在心裡真的很不高興==。

下午時間直接到店現場點了8杯飲料，每一杯都有客製化（加波霸、加椰果、少冰微糖、少冰無糖…各種）店員也很耐心的幫我一一點餐，點完8杯也非常盡責的一一複誦確認餐點內容，做好飲料也仔細看每一杯的內容是否正確，當下也排隊了4-5組客人了（還是幫忙確認）。
看到這麼認真的員工一定要好好鼓勵一下～
