不過店員還是很有耐心地幫忙推薦衣服湊到足夠金額，服務態度很棒??

但購買一款有附斜背小包的襯衫，當下我不知道有附小包，也沒附給我，
前面結帳慢，後面排一堆人，又沒附贈小包給我?
過幾天看到官網商店才知道此款有附小包，還要跑一趟回去拿，處理態度讓人覺得多跑一趟很不愉快！

但是詢問能否退換貨時 二樓店員說可以拿發票來退換貨
結帳時也有詢問櫃台人員 也說可以換尺寸
但是隔天去 要換尺寸 卻被告知是特價品、是白色衣服不能換貨?
因為是幫別人買的，因此沒有到試衣間試穿。（試衣間有退換貨的文字提醒）
所以在服務人員沒有告知的情況下，完全沒注意到白色商品以及特價商品不能換貨）

But when I went to change the size the next day, I was told that it was a special offer and that white clothes could not be exchanged ?
Because I bought it for someone else, I didn't go to the fitting room to try it on. (There is a text reminder for returns and exchanges in the fitting room)
So I didn't notice that white goods and specials can't be exchanged without the service staff telling them)
