午班的瘦高男店員點單，已告知飲料去冰。綁馬尾的女店員依舊沒有去冰。拿到飲料時告知：不好意思，我的飲料不要有冰塊。
男店員回：妳是要完全去冰！隨後把飲料拿給女店員，女店員挖開飲料把冰塊濾出、封杯後拿給男店員。
男店員用抹布、斜眼不屑的眼神把飲料重放在吧台上。當下我拿取飲料時向他說聲：謝謝！結果男店員在我面前摔丟一只已喝完的飲料空杯還大聲怒說：「誰的杯子放在這裡！」然後就轉身和女店員抱怨。
「去冰」不就是飲料裡沒有冰塊，為什麼你們的標準和其他飲料店的標準認知不一樣？
你們憑什麼把負面情緒轉嫁到客戶身上？
這真是「花錢買氣受！」
也許，這是你們家開的！也許你們根本不缺這份工。但你們的態度也說明了「你們的程度和能力就僅於此了。」
祝福你們可以搖一輩子的50嵐！因為離開50嵐就沒有你們可以糊口飯吃的地方了，你們要好好珍惜唷！

The thin and tall male clerk in the lunch shift took the order and told the drink to go to ice. The female clerk who tied the ponytail still did not go to the ice. When I got the drink, I told you: I’m sorry, don’t have ice cubes in my drink.
The male clerk replied: You are going to remove the ice completely! Then he took the drink to the female clerk. The female clerk digs up the drink to filter out the ice cubes, seals the cup, and gives it to the male clerk.
The male clerk placed the drink on the bar with a rag and squinting eyes. When I took the drink, I said to him: Thank you! As a result, the male clerk threw an empty drink in front of me and said angrily, "Whose cup is here!" Then he turned around and complained to the female clerk.
"Going to ice" doesn't mean that there is no ice in the drink. Why is your standard different from that of other beverage shops?
