★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 聽說是安南區最有名的豆花，附近的商店不多，不是很集中，但是生意還不錯，一直有人上門購買，打卡可+送5元的配料，豆花.薏仁.仙草凍.都好吃，看到桌上還有古早味的兒童玩具，也看到了這家店的老闆鼓勵兒童努力讀書考試一百分，還會請吃豆花1碗，不知有多少個小孩來換？大人可否也可以來換呢？大人也是需要鼓勵的，真是善心人士，豆花就像是古早味的，綜合的口味料很多，紅豆薏仁又加了芋頭，不會很甜，剛好讓紅豆補上甜味，仙草芋圓涷軟Q，三樣選的都很滿意，只是覺得湯汁不夠，都很濃稠，所以吃完還覺得有點渴呢～是否還需要加點飲料呢？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水河伯 (ShuiHeBo) is well known for its traditional DouHua (soybean 'tofu' pudding, 豆花) served in a nice chilled stone bawl. Though the DouHua itself is not sweet, but the added side(s) is sweet enough to provide a very balanced taste. My personal favorite sides are red beans and soft peanuts! I you do get a chance to visit Tainan, this is a must stop place!
