★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午去買飲料 看見某位女員工泡飲料挖冰塊碰很下面已經直接接觸冰塊，這樣就算了…看手上還有受傷..長奇怪的東西實在是非常的噁心，受傷不要緊主要連手套都沒有戴 看了真不舒服
I went to buy a drink this afternoon and saw a female employee brewing a drink and digging ice cubes and touching the ice cubes directly below it, so forget it... Seeing that there are still injuries on her hands.. The strange things are really disgusting. It doesn't matter if you are injured. I don't even have gloves on. It's uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理解防疫要隔透明廉，但點餐都聽不到，要客人用高分貝吼第二次才停的到 (我和後面一位客人都這樣），然後旁邊店員只顧著笑，店員素質比以前差很多。
I understand that epidemic prevention needs to be transparent and cheap, but I can't hear the order, and I have to stop the customer with a high-decibel roar for the second time (me and the next customer did this), and then the clerk next to me just smiled, and the quality of the clerk is better than before. Much worse.
