 I picked up my drink by mistake. I called the staff on duty in your store and told me to deliver the drink to the address left after get off work at 10:30. I also left the phone number. After waiting downstairs for an hour, I still can’t wait for the long-awaited cup. Drinks, should the store give a reasonable explanation?
