★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不曉得是不是店員（煮茶／變動率）的關係，近期幾次去都喝到澀或苦的茶。
茶的品質太不穩了，紅茶微糖還可以喝出澀感⋯真的感覺很差勁。
I don't know if it is due to the clerk (brew tea/rate of change). I have been drinking astringent or bitter tea several times recently.
The quality of the tea is too unstable, and the slight sugar in black tea can still taste astringent...It really feels bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨晚電話預訂飲料兩杯，現場拿！到了現場也在點餐區結帳，一切過程看似順利，但是遲遲沒等到飲料，連在我後面點餐的客人都已經拿到了，我還在等，上前詢問並確認收據，店員回覆：收據打錯價錢打成富胖達的價格，要退錢給你，（將旁邊做好的飲料，遞給我們）。
購買過程感受不佳的地方是
1.收我錢後，發現打錯價格，需退費，為何不主動告知顧客？如果我今天順利拿到餐點，是不是我就直接被多收錢？
2.明明飲料已經做好了，為何不叫？讓顧客苦苦等，等到後面的人點餐完畢都拿到飲料後，才讓我們自己上前詢問？
