花枝稍嫌硬了點,若跟右昌老牌相比的話羹的湯頭輸了些~
不過意麵可以吃到鍋氣!
花枝跟湯頭比較沒有融合在一起的口感~
服務部分雖然人很多但仍然很客氣!

鱔魚也是四塊,口感正常,個人喜歡鱔魚比較多,另外喜歡勾芡大於清炒。

台南鱔魚意麵幾乎吃遍了,這間高雄的在地小店要拿來比也絕對是數一數二的,非常推薦成天在喊台南鱔魚意麵是用糖在炒得人來試試這間,絕對不會失望。
評論很多不滿意口味的大概是在台南沒吃過或對鱔魚麵的期待不切實際,必須再強調一次,這間的口味已經贏過絕大部分的台南店家了。
一開始老闆老闆娘不說話時也給人比較兇狠的感覺,但一開口就發現其實兩人都相當親切。
唯一有一點是,店家會在店內燒香,內用的話是會一直聞到明顯味道的,並且身上也會附上一層煙味,蠻好奇店家的想法和立場是什麼?
畢竟經常路過看到店內內用也是坐滿,想必這並不至於讓顧客到太過於排斥。
香的煙味真的蠻重,內用完一碗麵回去衣物上的味道還以為是去吃沒排煙的BBQ.?
