★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場點兩杯波霸，要等快半小時，是正常的嗎？雖然真的很好喝，但現場買真的要等好久，而看店裡面包含收銀員；總共只有三個店員，我看店外面客人這麼多；加上外送跟網購這樣忙得過來嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我只點一杯飲料，都已經做好了，我問店員能不能先拿，店員卻不肯拿給我。說要等前面號碼的客人先拿 我才能拿"我的"飲料。如果要照號碼順序那就請不要先做我的。如果前面有50杯我也得等這50杯都做好了才能拿嗎，希望店家改善一下流程，謝謝。
I only ordered one drink and it was ready. I asked the clerk if I could get it first, but the clerk refused to give it to me. Said to wait for the customer in the front number to get me first to get "my" drink. If you want to order by number then please don't do mine first. If there are 50 cups in front, do I have to wait for these 50 cups to be ready before I can take them? I hope the store can improve the process, thank you.
