當時我點餐時沒有其他客人
我確定我點餐的是奶茶加椰果
點餐的男店員 完全沒有二次確認 直接說金額收錢
我想說當時沒甚麼人 應該不會做錯或聽錯
結果飲料做完 竟然是綠茶加椰果
跟店員反應說我點的是奶茶
店員也只是冷冷地說 你剛點的是綠茶
然後直接不理人了
只好再重新跟他點一次正確的奶茶加椰果
第二次點餐店員也一樣也沒有二次確認!!!
我從來不喝綠茶 怎麼可能點餐跟你點綠茶.......
要是真的口誤點錯 如果店員有二次確認是不是就沒有做錯這個問題
我也不想當奧客 也沒有強迫店員重新做飲料
但這個店員的態度真的讓人購物很不愉快
希望員工訓練能再加強
