蔥油餅是那種軟皮的，裡面有包一些冬粉肉末，在煎的時候加上九層塔和蛋，熱呼呼的吃起來很香；醬料部份就是一般關東煮辣醬的味道，不至於太鹹但不算加分項。另外個人覺得稍油，可以再用紙巾吸乾一點會更好。
