★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were desperate to find dinner and “settled” on this place. No English menu but the hostess could say enough that we were able to order something with pork. It was super yummy and hit the spot! Will definitely go back. Super cheap by American standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm visiting Changhua on some family business but that can't stop me from enjoying myself. I've been craving ramen recently and decided to try this place out because it was walking distance from my hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was real good, although the menus are in Chinese only. I ordered a ramen with a blend of lighter dashi and tonkotsu broth and thin Hakata style noodles while my mom ordered ramen with tonkotsu broth and thick, Taiwanese style noodles. The pure tonkotsu broth is amazing, with perfect salinity and richness without being too heavy. The thick noodles have a nice dense texture my mom described as "Q." My own ramen was good as well. The broth was less salty than my usual preference but it had a good amount of oil that lent rich, thick body to each slurp. It didn't wow at first bite, but by the end of the bowl, I was really wishing that the bowl was a little bigger. My bowl had half an egg, a few slices of chashu, a few pieces of black fungus (this stuff is really popular in Taiwan, though I prefer menma), and a large piece of seaweed. The egg and the seaweed were amazing. The yolk was creamy, and the white was soft. The seaweed had a surprisingly big flavor without being salty. I might have to come to Changhua quite often in the future, but at least I now know where to eat. This place is a solid ramen shop, as good as any you can find in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my first taste. Price is ok and delicious. It wouldn’t my last visit. I will visit many times.
The soup is heavy and bold as like what I ate in Japan. Since it, I wouldn’t see it as a soup noodles...I ate noodles only. The chicken soup noodles was ok. The soup was not too heavy and been able to eat alone. However, the roast pork wasn’t outstanding as soup and noodles. In any case, it is still worthy to give a try. Recommend it to you.
