E	Eric Leu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 聽說來彰化就要吃在地的爌肉飯，這家爌肉飯的滷肉是用豬腿肉處理的，料理後的軟硬度還真的恰到好處，表皮的處理看起來不爛，但吃起來卻入口即化，鹹度與甜度比例剛好，單純吃爌肉即便不吃飯也不會覺得太鹹，賣的商品很簡單，讓這家小吃店能專心把這塊爌肉處理的讓人滿意。荷包蛋是蛋黃還能流出蛋汁，蛋白卻有一點酥脆感，配上筍乾就是台灣傳統的美食。這裡是傳統市場周邊所以停車不便，找個收費停車場，再步行過來才能好好享受美食。 I heard that you have to eat local 爌肉饭 when you come to Changhua.
