In November 2018, I personally feel that the comparison at this price is for reference only: Kueh Tsai ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ 7 stars Soup ★★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ 4 stars Side dishes★★★★★★★★☆☆ 8 stars Serving ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars "Here doesn't talk about what you must eat and drink. It only talks about the past and the present. There is no high-level route here, just one taste, that is, a small meal, a noodle shop, and many other snacks. While eating and chatting, I also talk and eat. " . . . The secret gathering of local guides has always been one of the things I wanted to do in the past few years. The origin of this idea was when I first came to Japan four years ago, when the teacher of the language school took me to the alleys of Ochanomizu. Run a small shop, so I often think that one day I can take people to eat and drink, and act as a local guide during a small trip. Because of this, I set up a small fan group called "fish paste couple". Many people set up fan groups to promote themselves, or sell things, Xiuxiu's own photos, and so on. But my intention to set up this fan club is to meet friends. When you come to Tokyo, I will take you for a meal. If I visit your site the next day, I will trouble you to take me or recommend me to eat those with stories. The total total cuisine. We can talk while eating, tell stories, talk about history, and meet again when we leave. Over the past few years, many such gatherings have been promoted. Therefore, I am here to make a record. Here we don’t talk about occupation or background. Whether you are the boss of a listed company, a tourist living in Europe, or even an inconvenient occupation for outsiders, we are all friends. There are only two identities here, the person who tells the story and the person who listens to the story, nothing more. I also collect some supplements that are not fully detailed here. If there are any mistakes or omissions, you are welcome to tell me, and I will update it immediately. . . . The store we visited this time is this "three-generation ancestral kuizi soup." This store knows a lot of people, and some of them are elderly friends. When the door opens at seven in the morning, many guests are waiting to eat. And the most popular Kuey Tsai, it sold out almost eleven o'clock. "As far as this Kueh Tsai is concerned, there were three Kueh Tsai in Changhua City before, and this one was made from the same manufacturer," said the local guide. Early in the morning, we were sitting in the Kueh Tsai shop, listening to the local guide talking about the history of Kueh Tsai in Changhua City. "The earliest Kueh Tsai was also the master of these kui Tsai. It was a Kueh Tsai shop at the Changhua City Farmers' Association." The local guide continued. We watched the boss continue to scald the kuizi, and white smoke kept coming out of the dining table. In the morning, there was a special smell in Changhua City. I think that taste was mostly mixed with the heat of the breakfast shop. He added: "Later, the Kueh Chai shop in front of the peasant association was closed. The owner of the Kueh Chai shop seemed to have been a cook at the police station for a while, and then there was no news. So the Kueh Chai shop in Changhua opened its branches and leaves. I use the same kueh chai, but the taste is lighter. I can try it later." Chicken roll: 20 yuan. Chicken rolls, the Taiwanese name is also one of the extra food that is rolled up. Although it was called this in the early days, the bread is not sloppy at all today. The bamboo shoots are deep-fried and the meat filling is salty and fragrant. The oily taste is very clear in the morning, and it tastes crispy and not greasy. Dry kuih: 30 yuan. After mixing it well, it turned out that the seasoning was lighter, but the braised pork with scallion and soy sauce was just right, and the main flavor was still kuizi, which was not covered by the seasoning too much. Of course, those who like salty can ask the boss to add more seasonings. The kuih is tender and has a powdery fragrance, and will not feel thirsty after eating. Oyster soup: 40 yuan. A bowl of oyster soup in the morning seems to be quite good, this bowl of soup is as light as kueh. However, the oysters are fresh and the soup tastes sweet, so it is perfect to be used as a soup with dried kuih.

Three generations of ancestor Kuey Tiao Soup ~ An old shop that Changhua locals must line up every day. Originally, the old shop lived in Zhongshan Road, the opposite lane of Gulongshan Temple. Later, it moved here for nearly 30 years. Handmade chicken rolls and old-fashioned sausages are must-try items when you come to this store. At present, there are seafood such as oyster soup, hot Sichuan offal and fresh vegetables. The items are very attractive, and you will order a lot without knowing it. You can also order dried kuey teows here, which is full of authentic flavor. Stir the kuey teows, the aroma of dried meat is compelling. Address: No. 13, Jianguo North Road, Changhua City (Under the Jianguo Road Bridge, near Chang Thai Central and Changbei Activity Center)
