彰化師大地理系 - Changhua City

Established in 1982, this department aims to train teachers of geography in secondary schools and academic talents in geographic academic research. It is affiliated to the School of Education. The first head of the department is Dr. Luo Qihong. In August 1986, Professor Yang Guisan took over as the second head of the department. In 1987, a master's class of the Institute of Geography was added. In 1988, a master's class in teaching was established in cooperation with the school's education and promotion department. In August 1989, Professor Zhou Guoping was re-appointed as the third head of the department, and in October 1989, after the establishment of the Faculty of Letters, he changed to the Faculty of Liberal Arts.
