★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隨著人潮進入這間黑肉麵、排骨飯，才知道這是一間在地的老店。裡面主要有排骨飯跟排骨麵，每一種都點一下來試試，順便再來一碗餛飩湯。黑肉麵裡的排骨飯，就如一般古早味的排骨飯，標準配色就是一大塊滷過的排骨配著酸菜，白飯淋著醬油肉臊汁。排骨滷的軟嫩且沾附滷汁而濕潤，配上解膩的酸菜，中和了味道。黑肉麵就是切仔麵，但是裡面的肉燥並不是很多，味道也很清淡，香氣並不像台南肉燥麵那樣濃郁。以一個成年男子的食量來看(我甚至還覺得偏小)，即便我把排骨飯跟黑肉麵都吃完了，我還是覺得我有點空虛感。這間店算是還可以，但沒有太大驚喜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pork chop noodles/rice. The pork meat just falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks because it is so tender and soft.
Anytime I am back, I will make an effort to eat there.
It might be hard to order if you don’t know any Chinese. You can always ask someone to help or look at what others are ordering.
